Susan began her career working with mentally ill and developmentally disabled individuals, helping them to learn employment skills to gain independence.  She soon became involved with children and their families, providing home-based therapy and developing plans to maintain family unity.  She has a special interest in working with children and families who have experienced any kind of trauma in their lives, helping them to regain strength and coping skills.  Susan's personal interests include horses, skiing, camping, and spending time with her family.

Anne joined Bridges in 2008 after several years working with individuals with SPMI diagnoses at InterAct of Michigan/KCMH in Kalamazoo. A lifelong Catholic, Anne is an active member of St. Monica Parish in Kalamazoo. Prior to pursuing a vocation as a counselor/therapist, Anne worked at Upjohn/Pharmacia/Pfizer as a chemist for 26 years.
